Mayo Dreams, my special Limited Edition fine art print celebrates the inspirational and never to be repeated moment when Mayo won the 2026 All Ireland football championship, after 75 years of heartache and broken dreams. We lived for 10 years on Achill Island and witnessed at first hand the annual climb to the top of the hill, the hope and prayers said every year, only to be knocked back down again. Until finally in 2026 the dream was realised. My children went to primary school in Achill and dressed in their Mayo jerseys they lived every bitter defeat with their friends on the island. So this one is for them.
